9/08/2024 removed emotion for washing and shaving
10/08/2024 swapped from evotion to the neosteel full belt. Loving the feeling of the full belt and full devotion to my wife oversea. 
11/08/2024 @ 0455H after coffee enema quick check and clean up. 
12/08/2024 @0455H after coffee enema open belt to connect the irremovable butt plug. Kept the plug during morning yoga session and over. Total 1:45. Hence remove the belt clean and put the Evotion with spikes. 
13/08/2024 @0200 removed Evorion spikes
13/08/2024 @0800 worn the Neosteel. 
Foreskin quite tender so I’m using a lot of cream and lube to avoid rashes and keep using the belts, possibly alternating. 
14/08/2024 @0730 open Neosteel for cleaning brake (5 minutes)
16/08 @0430 open Neosteel for cleaning brake. Broken foreskin taking a break with cream and oil. Hopefully back in one hour.
16/08 @1000 Neosteel back on. Sore broken skin. 
16/08 @1600 Neosteel plug inserted and locked.
16/08 @1830 Neostwwl plug removed

17/08 session ended for bad skin issue on the penis!!!
